Responsibilities:
- End to end execution of early stages of recruitment cycle (includes Job posting, Sourcing, Screening, Assessing and Interacting with candidates).
- Proactive building talent pool by fetching quality candidates against the open/ expected positions.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive hunting.
- Extensive use of social and professional networking sites to identify potential candidates.
- Responsible for executing the open requisitions in the given time frame/ SLAs.
- Responsible for MIS reporting and data management on the Applicant tracking system.
- Communicate progress on assigned job vacancies on a regular basis
- Provide regular feedback and advice on the hiring performance to enhance the recruitment process.
Required Skills
- Extensive knowledge of the various recruitment platforms and channels
- MIS reporting, MS office proficiency
- Excellent communications skills
- Expert in cold calling the candidates from the job listing sites like LinkedIn, Indeed, Hirist, Instahyre and Naukri etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of Technical Recruitment experience required
