MyOperator is looking for a - Talent Acquisition-Team Lead to hire top talent in a competitive market. This role is expected to solve all hiring challenges at MyOperator & onboard the top talents. As a Team Lead-Talent acquisition, you understand how to independently attract top talent quickly and creatively, while always keeping the cultural “fit” as a priority.
Key Responsibility Area
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Lead employment branding initiatives.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.).
- Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in employee retention and development.
- Supervise recruiting personnel.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
- 2+ years in team handling.
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
- Understanding of Various Development Tech Stacks & Technology upgrades in the industry.
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of
different roles.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- A leader and strategic thinker.
