We’re searching for a Senior Paid Acquisition Manager to help revolutionize learning by managing paid campaigns to drive paid subscriptions and free registrations for a top 5 MMO (Massively multiplayer online game) worldwide.

Your Impact
  • Manage budget, creative development, and performance for Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Implement experiments to optimize creative and campaign setup with the goal of lowering CAC.
  • Research and test innovative approaches and marketing channels/platforms.
  • Guide the creation of high converting campaign-specific landing pages.
  • Provide management and optimization support of Meta and Pinterest campaigns.


About You
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of Google Ads experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and SEMRush/Ahrefs (or similar)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform and improve marketing strategies
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity
