TECHNICAL SKILLS: |

Primary Skills l 4+ years experience in HR Operations in IT software company l Experience in handling attendance, leaves, l Experience in recruitment, onboarding and induction coordination l Understand performance management and work with the HRM to execute the Appraisal process. l Understand the need for training and Organisation development and make a good assessment and carry out the same. l Work on the payroll with the HRM. l Manage the HR master data and ensure it is updated regularly. l Have experience in Insurance processes. l Be able to initiate employee engagement activities. l Assist in the exit process. l Should have knowledge in compensation structure l Good to have experience in writing the process document l Good to have experience in handling statutory compliance
Desired Skills l Experience in IT product based company l Experience in middle size company ( size would be between 50-200) l Knowledge on Labour laws/ acts
l Excellent Communication Skills l Good conceptualization skills l Strong Visualization ability l Organised and structured l Initiation l Time management l People handling l Dedication and ownership l Problem solving
