The Opportunity
Since 2017, we have partnered with one of the world's foremost Conversational AI companies to set up their dedicated product engineering team in India. Over the past 5+ years we have been collaboratively engineering highly scalable, high performance, resilient platforms with teams in Seattle, Mountain View, UK, Israel and Germany.

Digit88 is seeking a Data analyst to join our conversational AI team. You will be part of the The Analytics Studio team and you will help shape and deliver digital change on client projects across our global verticals. Working as part of a diverse team, you will be working with some of our biggest clients and supporting them with complex reporting & data analysis Whilst supporting their digital transformation.
In this role you will be:
- Supporting/leading client assignments, dealing with senior stakeholders.
- Converting transcript analysis into insights that will lead to informed business decisions.
- Conducting deep dive data analysis.
- Planning and scoping assignments – ensuring you can deliver tangible real-world transformation strategy through facilitation, analysis, design, and delivery.
- Understand, interpret, and communicate client requirements.
- Ensuring that clients’ needs are continuously assessed, and solutions designed around them.
- Building relationships with clients and helping them learn new skills through mentoring and shadowing where required.
- Being involved in the wider Transformation community, identifying good practices we can adopt and sharing our experiences/sharing knowledge of tools and techniques with the wider team.
Your qualifications are:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 5+ years’ delivery experience working on a variety of process improvement/change projects.
- A mathematical ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Strong proven problem-solving skills with a methodical and logical approach
- Have strong stakeholder management skills, an ability to think on your feet, lead/support projects and drive toward results.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Self-motivated.
- Effective time management of tasks and workloads and being able to multitask is key.
- Excellent understanding of best practices/ Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and have great interpersonal skills.
- Team player who can work with others as part of a team to design shared solutions knowledge/understanding.
Experience:
- Iterating solutions based on client needs.
- Expert in analyzing, interpreting & presenting data using Tableau. Building complex dashboards with a combination of set actions, parameters & filters. Excel & Power BI skills are also of benefit
- Proficiency in SQL to leverage our custom query language built on similar syntax.
- Customer journey mapping.
- A recognised Sigma methodology certification would be highly advantageous.
- An understanding of the impact digital transformation can have within an organisation.
- Contact center, customer service or conversation analysis.
