For doctors, Numen is a virtual facility to cater to all of their patient’s needs, remotely.

Job Overview:
Numen Health is looking for a Product Manager to join our stellar team to take the product from an idea to market, and drive adoption.
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
We are on a mission to provide comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation to every CVD patient in India. If you are motivated to bring a change in HealthCare Industry and passionate about building products we would

Responsibilities:
1. Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
2. Let data be the language you speak - inspect and analyze the data and make data-driven decisions.
3. Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs buy perspective.
4. Assess the market, competition and seek opportunities for product-led growth
5. Own the product roadmap, execute product strategy and drive action throughout the organization to get products to the market.
6. Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
7. Plan and carry out product launches working closely with Engineering Team, Top Management, Marketing, and Sales Team.
8. Work closely with the product marketing team to devise go to market strategies and plans to enhance product adoption and expansion
9. Manage the product life cycle, including requirement gathering, market analysis, writing PRDs, following the sprint cycles, and then feedback from the customer
10. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
11. Work with the UX team to identify and understand the user problems and requirements
12. Scope and prioritize activities based on the business and strategy outlook
13. Work closely with engineering teams, optimize resources to deliver products and features
14. Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Requirements:
15. Proven work experience as a Product Manager in planning, launching, and scaling products in early-stage companies. Have worked on the product(s) from concept, to launch (and ideally to scale).
16. MBA from a top tier college or university is preferred
17. Good understanding of UI/UX
18. Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and to effectively communicate
recommendations to executive management
19. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software
development and web technologies
20. Up-to-date with the latest health care developments
21. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
22. Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
23. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
24. Data-Driven Person to drive product insights and prioritize the product roadmap

Prior Experience:
● 4+ years of experience as Product Manager
