Finance manager

1.    Carrying out review and the final review of office accounts

2.    Responsible for the office financial control

3.    Managing investor relationships – bank, government, legal

4.    Managing adviser relationships – accountants, tax, legal

5.    Working with the Head of India to develop and implement strategic financial policies

6.    Indian office payments processing

7.    Preparation of government returns & filing

8.    Assisting in queries and carrying out analysis as requested

9.    Carry out special projects as requested

10. Develop and implement accounting systems

11. Set departmental budgets and monitor them

12. Responsibility for overall working capital management

13. Supervision and development of staff within the Finance & Accounts Department & Purchase department.

14. Strong Leadership / managerial qualities.
