Develop and execute outbound email marketing campaigns targeted at a specific database in the India, SEA, and ME region.
Align marketing and sales in establishing account profiles and target personas; develop and maintain a database of named accounts and contacts to ensure campaigns are targeted to the right people
Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling email content, subject lines, and calls to action that drives engagement and generates leads.
Manage the email campaign calendar, including scheduling, segmentation, testing, and optimization.
Monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and lead generation.
Continuously analyze and refine email campaigns to improve performance and maximize lead generation.
Implement and maintain email marketing best practices, including list hygiene, deliverability, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act).
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging email marketing practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of email marketing strategies.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of email marketing experience in B2B SaaS companies
Proven track record of generating leads and driving conversions through email marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics is a plus.
Strong knowledge of email marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
Proficiency in email marketing automation and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
Experience with database management, segmentation, and A/B testing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
