We are seeking a Director of Demand Generation to lead global demand generation for Contacto, one of Plivo’s new SaaS solutions. Contacto is an omnichannel contact center for B2C customer service teams that utilizes Plivo’s cloud communication platform. Because Contacto is a new product in the customer service industry, this role provides the opportunity to build and grow a new brand within an existing company.
The ideal candidate for this role is both a creative and a metrics-driven leader with a strong track record of driving leads and revenue for SaaS companies. This person will be responsible for strategy and execution in driving inbound leads, including demand generation through organic and paid search campaigns and optimizing the conversion of leads on Contacto’s website. This person is up to date with the latest developments in advertising platforms including Google Ads and Linkedin Ads and can clearly communicate algorithm and feature updates and their impact on advertisers. Experience in an early stage startup environment is important.
This role will lead and supervise the performance marketing member(s) and have the opportunity to grow into leadership of other members of the go-to-market team.
