DevOps Engineer

This job will be based in San Sebastian, Spain.

This positions is based in San Sebastián Spain

As a DevOps Engineer, you will

● Bring your skills to help the team with their AWS infrastructure and security.

● Actively seek solutions to customer needs, communicate trends to leadership, and suggest

innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience.

● Help deploy our software stack to Fortune 500 clients’ servers.

● Participate in the design of Multiverse’s toolbox interface.

● Join a world-class team of Quantum experts with an extensive track record in both

academia and industry.

● Collaborate with the founding team in a fast-paced startup environment.

Required Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field;

alternatively, significant work experience as a Software Engineer.

● Demonstrated knowledge of DevOps principles. Hands-on experience required in

development, deployment and production environments.

● Proven experience with AWS, particularly IAM role management. Experience with other

cloud services would be considered an asset.

● Experience configuring and building IaC modules (Terraform, Cloudformation, SDK).

Hands-on experience required configuring and developing IaC tools for large Infrastructure.

● Experience building CI/CD pipelines (i.e GitLab CI, GH Actions, Jenkins, Gitlab CI/CD)

● Experience in working with Docker containers to boost replicability in experimental

backtesting environments.

● Experience working with scripting languages (Bash, Python, Go, etc).

● Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of Infrastructure and Security

Issues.

● More than 3 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

● Proven experience developing Remote Access Software.

● A good understanding of Kubernetes, OpenShift or similar technologies.

● Experience with microservice deployment and monitoring.

● Experience working with different Public cloud providers and Hybrid environments.

Exceptional Qualifications

● Experience creating and administering release management processes and integration with

source control management and best practices.

● Experience and creativity to design and architect, implement and test complex

Infrastructure solutions.
