- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas

What Your Day Job Looks Like
- Create Creative/Content Strategy for brands for their digital campaigns
- Delegate work effectively
- Supervise, counsel and guide managers and executives likewise
- Manage group dynamics between managers and executives
- Check for accuracy, timeliness, and quality of content delivered by managers
- Ensuring all the organisation's or client's visuals are consistent with the overall brand strategic vision to foresee the red-flags hindering this growth and proactively tackling it
- Attend and participate in Client meetings/pitches
- Adherence to tight deadlines while delivering flawless work
- Manage team escalations wherever needed
- Demonstrate creativity and can give links to previous work
- Hiring, developing and managing the creative team
What You'll Need

- Minimum 4 years experience in Copywriting/Content/Creative in digital media and advertising or any related field
- A Strong Portfolio
- Mass Communication/Journalism Graduate, Masters Degree/Diploma preferred
- Experience in managing a team
