Novelship is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer based in NCR, India or Remote in South East Asia to join our Tech Team.

Brief Description of the Role:

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will develop new features and manage our Marketplace Web App, Backend Services, Data & Automations. You will be building Rich Frontend Interactions with ReactJs and Performant Backend APIs & Services in NodeJs. Lead a small Engineers team and work with Product & Design.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Node, Javascript & React ecosystem.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL, NoSQL & AWS.
• Experience with database design, API design, Basic algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with working in large-scale environments
• Experience with leading Engineers
• 4 to 6 years of professional experience as a full-stack software engineer with an end-user product development focus.

In this role you will:

• Develop applications and services across the front end & back end to build and support Novelship’s Marketplace Web and services.
• Architect and develop a data-intensive enterprise solution with Node Js, React Js, MongoDB, SQL and AWS.
• Be an end-to-end owner of full-stack features and services.
• Ensure alignment with Novelship’s Engineering Best practices and Leadership Principles.
• Maintain and scale the backend systems and the teams running them.
• Be a technical project owner, driving projects from requirements to completion stage.
• Write thoughtful and high-quality code in React and Node.
• Set and deliver the architectural vision for high-impact features and changes across the product stack.
• Participate in code and design reviews to maintain our high development standards.
• Enhance existing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement
• Make recommendations for design and implementation improvements.
