A Business Development Representative (BDR) for is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers for the company's software solutions. This may involve conducting research, reaching out to potential customers through email or phone, and scheduling appointments for sales representatives to follow up with leads. The BDR will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for generating new business. Other responsibilities may include tracking and reporting on sales activities, providing customer feedback to the product development team, and maintaining accurate records in the company's CRM system. The BDR must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
