Meet the Role:
As an Account Executive, Revenue Growth you are responsible for identifying and closing sales opportunities within our existing network of customers. Your primary focus will be to introduce our current customers to new products and services and further strengthen our relationships with our customers. Of course, youâre in Sales, so youâll also identify, and proactively engage in business and sales opportunities to achieve identified objectives.
Meet the Team:
You will report into a Director of Sales and youâll be working alongside other SDRâs, and Sales Executives (AEs) to meet sales targets. This team model allows for lots of collaboration and the ability to share stories/best practices. The leadership style can be described in one word, ENABLERS. The leadership support is based on an individualistic approach enabling you to succeed in this role or prepare you for the next.
Territory: This role is remote for someone based in North America, does include travel to client sites/conferences. Managing a territory in the Northeastern US.\n
What you'll be doing day to day:
At PointClickCare, base salary and commissions are among the many components that make up our total rewards package. The US on target earnings range (base salary + commissions) for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 + benefits. Our ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
