5+ years of experience successfully selling B2B SaaS solutionsBachelorâs degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, IT, Finance or MBA preferred Exhibits âhunterâ mentality and possesses outstanding ability to close salesPeople-oriented professional with strong relationship building skills and a proven track record of growing a territoryAccount closing strategy and execution skillsHistory of successfully selling C-Level, both vertically and horizontally and across organizationsExperience with successfully selling SaaS products to mid to large scale FSIâs and Fintechs Strong technical aptitudeA proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals, while building long-term relationshipsConsistent overachievement of sales and revenue goals, with an eye on qualityProven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statementAbility to adapt and maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environmentAdhere to the highest standards of integrity and professionalismAbility to listen and apply new learnings internally/externallyExperience in startup environment and bringing products to marketWillingness to travel up to 50 percent of the timeEffective management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPerks
