Roles and Responsibilities

  • 3 years Experience of FMCG/ Cosmetics sales is must.
  • Sound knowledge of sales, strategies and industry regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiating and consultative sales skills.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
  • Calling potential consumers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
  • Meeting with clients during sales visits
  • Demonstrating and presenting products
  • Establishing new business
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
  • Reviewing sales performance
  • Negotiating contracts and packages
  • Working towards achieving monthly or annual targets
  • Effective communication & convincing skills
  • Professional & disciplined
  • Target achieving is must
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Good Communication in Hindi, English and local language
  • Willing to travel
  • Target oriented, dynamic. - Analytical ability and negotiation skills.
  • Ready to work in a team.

  • Dynamic, self charged and go getter.
  • Positive attitude and self motivated.
  • Should be good at communication(both Regional and English) and also profulent in drafting mails and preparing product related presentations.
  • Proficient in Data Analysis on MS Excel.
  • Willing to Learn and Result oriented
  • Excellent in verbal and written English communication skills and regional language.
  • Must have minimum 2 years of stability in one company.


Qualification:- BSc/ MSc, BSc Hons, B.E. Chemical, B. pharma, Biotechnologist, Graduate Cosmetologist
