Position: IT Recruiter
Experience: 2-6 Years
Location: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Pune, etc.
 
Job Description:
As an IT Recruiter, you will:
 Leverage your experience to source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools, our ATS, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.
 Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources
 Conduct personal interviews via phone, video, and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions with our clients. (Primarily relationship-driven accounts with solid feedback)
 Perform thorough reference checks
 Negotiate pay rates
 Interact with and attend client meetings
 Interact with our compliance team which handles on-boarding freeing up your time to stay focused on recruiting and building your candidate pipeline!
 
Requirements:
Basic Skills:
 Possess a minimum of 2-6 years of full life cycle sourcing and recruiting experience focused on direct client-related positions and/or positions through high-volume VMS programs.
 As a Recruiter, focus on sourcing and recruiting for Software Developers, Architects, System Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other IT-related positions.
 Collaborate and operate well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
 Adhere to a strong work ethic with a sense of commitment and the ability to communicate confidently in person, over the phone, and online.
 Be knowledgeable working with various ATS or CRM Systems.
 The ability to source top IT talent through sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Social media, Boolean search, and other sourcing methods.
 Demonstrate strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook — or similar Office Suite experience).
 
Qualifications:
 Any Graduate
 At least 2+ Years Recruitment experience in the staffing industry or inhouse recruitment
 Extensive experience within a resource acquisition and development function within in IT / ITES industry
 Strong local industry knowledge
 

Preferred Educational Qualifications:
 MBA/Masters in HR
