LJI is inviting applications for the position of Technical Marketing Engineer/ Content Writer.

Profile Summary:

Technical Content Writer is a technologist who works as a part of the Engineering Team. They help internal product management and technical teams and external clients understand the technical aspects of a product. The Technical Content Writer will work with a cross-functional team to ensure that the products that we bring to market are successful in a wide variety of customer engagements.

Your Responsibilities 

Primary

• Create  application notes, technical white papers, product videos, presentations, troubleshooting guides, evaluation guides, for our  products
• Develop messaging about key customer challenges and benefits of LJI Product based on use cases
• Create documents and presentations with technical details for the product, technologies, and solutions
• As a technical content writer, you set the standard for excellence for our documentation, ensuring that we deliver technically accurate, well-written, simple, and user-focused documentation
• Develop presentations that translate technical information into layman’s terms so everyone can understand the technical benefits of the product
• Assist with Technical RFPs and work with a cross-functional team of PMs, BD, Engineers as required
• Support sales and marketing efforts as required

Secondary

• Assist with preparing Product demonstrations, design guides
• Research information about competing products, both technical and marketing and help formulate marketing campaign strategies.

Your Profile

• Computer Science Engineering Graduate with 1-4 yrs of relevant experience in Technical content writing in an IT Industry
• Technical background that enables easy interaction with software developers and a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality technical documentation
• Should possess expertise in creative technical and communication documentation
• Any experience you have with web services, Rest API, JSON is also a bonus. While we don’t expect you to be an expert in these areas, we hope you are excited to learn about them
• The ability to explain technical concepts to the layperson is a superpower.
