As an experienced software engineer, you'll drive and execute product vision, build highly technical solutions, partner with other groups and guide the team(s) through key milestones. You'll also be responsible for identifying and tracking key performance metrics. We're looking for an exceptional technologist who has a strong interest in IAM & digital technologies, can think big and execute on that vision, and thrives on new challenges.

Your Responsibilities:

Work in collaboration with teams within digital platforms and other application teams to:
* Ideate, strategize and develop foundational services and frameworks
* Be hands-on with certifying integrity and quality of code and design
* Develop strategy and scalable IAM solution that align with global security and access management standards
* Experience with, and understanding of, modern authentication methods including OPEN ID Connect, SAML, OAUTH2, LDAP and WebAuthN.
* Champion software engineering best practices in all stages
* Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
* Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
* Detail-oriented coupled with the ability to show initiative, good judgment, and resourcefulness
* Passionate about building an innovative culture and developing talent
* Need to be proficient in a variety of technical areas to effectively lead cross-functional team

Your Background:

You are a seasoned hands-on software engineer lead and have:
* BS/MS with 12+ years of industry experience
* 5+ years of experience in developing enterprise IAM solutions in public/private cloud
* 2+ years of experience in technical management
* 5+ years of experience in designing and integrating with OKTA/PingID/Auth0/RSA and/or any other IDP product
* Experience in integrating with authentication methods including OPEN ID Connect, SAML, OAUTH2, LDAP and WebAuthN.
* Polyglot programming skills with Java and other languages like JavaScript/Golang/Python
* Advanced Information Security certifications CISSP, PMP, CISM, or others is preferred.
* Experience managing multiple on-going initiatives simultaneously
* Strong CS fundamentals, data structures & algorithms, networking, and systems
* Great work ethics and can work with ambiguity and deliver concrete outcomes
