 About the role: 

As Mediaqart grows at a rapid pace, it’s an exciting time to join the team and be a part of the Mediaqart story. You will have a direct hand in Mediaqart’s success as you'll be part of the company’s sales team to improve and innovate on our revenue generation efforts. The right person will be comfortable in an ownership environment, loves problem-solving, and thrives in a high-demanding start-up culture. 

About you & what you’ll do: 

• The primary responsibility is to work as the software architect and create detailed architecture, wireframes, coding frameworks and patterns and class structures to enable development of the various products being developed at Mediaqart.com
• Understanding business processes and creating a technical requirements document to enable software development.
• Researching third party advertising platforms and their APIs, so that execution architecture for the same can be created and explained to the development teams.
• Working with the project managers to ensure the team follows the assigned project pipeline and tasks and report completion or issues to ensure escalations in an organized workflow.
• Creating a list of software development milestones and a detailed breakdown of individual tasks to be assigned to development team members.
• Guiding the development team and helping them understand the business process so that the development can address the requirements effectively.
• Forecasting a delivery timeline of project milestones and highlighting deviations if any.
•  Acting as a single point co-ordinator between the development, UX, content and marketing teams and will be responsible for ensuring software development of the product matches stakeholder requirements.
• Ensuring Documentation of all software modules and processes as per required documentation guidelines.

What you’ll need: 

• Should have excellent knowledge and experience in ASP.net, SQL Server, Jquery,Angular, relevant mobile technologies, Cloud Hosting platforms like Google Cloud, Azureor AWS. Should have good experience in development frameworks and technologies toguide the product development accordingly.
• Should have experience and a good understanding in product development and creatingsoftware architecture of complex software products.
• Sufficient knowledge of online advertising and relevant platforms like google, facebook,linkedin and other prominent ad networks is expected.
• Development of machine learning, data analytics or other related algorithms will be anadded advantage.
• Should have experience in translating business processes to software developmentarchitecture and should be able to empathize with target users and solve usability issuesthat they might encounter while using the software.
• Knowledge of design thinking will be ideal.
• Should be able to communicate effectively with team members and all stakeholdersinvolved in the product development. Preferred Language - English.
• Should be good at documentation and monitoring of the team using varied tools andsoftware to achieve the product end goal.
• Experience required - 5 years or more in the required field.
• Qualification - B.Tech / M-Tech.
