The platform enables the sales teams to do their jobs better by automating the mechanical, mundane parts of the sales process. To be more specific, it is designed to order survey features of any particular site and then explore the site and deliver measurements data on a map. Who are we looking for:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Senior Level)to join our Tech recruiting team. As a member of this team, you will drive recruitment for Technical roles and lead the tech team. One who is interested in hardcore recruitment & also have a good number of experience in the same profile.

 

Your major responsibilities will be:

  • Attracting Global Tech Talent
  • Discussion meeting with hiring managers and the HR on overall hiring strategies and tailor your approach accordingly
  • Keep reporting on a daily & monthly basis for various recruitment reports.
  • Responsible for managing complete recruitment life-cycle
  • Independently devise and run sourcing strategies
  • Pro-actively collaborate with business stakeholders for managing talent pipeline
  • Hiring for any one of the areas as mentioned: Engineering, Deep Learning,Data Science & Growth and Analytics etc.

 

 

The experience you will bring:

 

Must-have

  • 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in Technical recruitment
  • Experience in handling recruitment for technical areas like Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Business Analytics, Leadership etc
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong communicator and collaborator
  • Recruiting life-cycle experience
  • Hands-on experience of handling complete recruitment life-cycle
  • Creating good candidate experience
  • Great negotiation skills
  • Make informed sourcing decisions and execute fast, while being adaptable in light of new information.

 

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Technical recruitment experience in Start-ups, High growth companies
  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Human Resource
  • Any diploma degree in the related field
