Position:- 1

Experience:- 5 years 

Employment Type - Full-time, Permanent

Job Location:- Pune (PMC and PCMC)

Responsibilities:

· Team Management & reporting experience.

· Involves conducting primary pharmacy surveys

· Managing cluster mapping for field operations

· Daily reporting and MIS in given data formats

· Daily pre-planned meetings with Doctors combined with Doctor Surveys

· Should be able to make timely and accurate projections of business generation

· Regular Inter-departmental coordination

· Should be able to manage a team of Health-workers from a business generation point of view

· Should understand Channel Sales Management processes and/or experience with Channel sales will be preferable.

Requirements :

· Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field.

· At least 5 years of experience in public relations, preferably in the healthcare industry.

· Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry trends related to routine vaccinations would be preferred.

· Should have good ‘People’ skills and strong interpersonal communication skills.

· Should have excellent MS Office skills (PPT and Excel).

· Experience working on CRM apps will be preferred (but not a must)
