About the role

We are currently seeking an exceptional candidate to undertake an exciting role as Senior Product Manager, Lead Generation. This role will be responsible for driving our lead generation product strategy with a view to increasing revenue growth, improving lead generation and conversion, and ensuring constant product innovation. The core focus will be optimizing our current lead generation offerings and introducing new commercial offerings into the market by driving the lead generation roadmap from concept to delivery.

 

 

Expectations of the role: 

  1. Must be a graduate at least, preferably an engineering or management graduate. MBAs are welcome.
  2. Should be fluent in written and spoken English. 
  3. Been a product manager for a few years in startup(s)
  4. A good understanding of website builders, funnel builders, forms, and survey builders
  5. Development or a UI / UX Designer background will be huge a plus
  6. Should be well-spoken and presentable because a lot of your work will involve client interaction over zoom
  7. Should be able to work remotely, yet maintain close proximity with management and team.
  8. Should have sufficient experience as a business analyst or product manager/associate, preferably in a startup.  
  9. Should be self-motivated to work from a remote location and be able to build a good rapport with the team

 

Your Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Deliver Quarterly Roadmaps
  2. Coordinating with developers, designers, testers, and marketers on day-to-day operations such as the execution of the Agile development lifecycle, writing requirements documents, user stories, and use cases, creating acceptance criteria, sketching wireframes, and preparing marketing collateral. 
  3. Acting as the product owner during two-week-long sprints where major functionalities are tried out, tested, and deployed. Should be in charge of the daily standups and be able to direct the engineering team to meet deadlines. 
  4. Interfacing with clients to collect requirements, performing market research, and analyzing competition to come up with better features. 
  5. Presenting client demos, onboarding clients, working with customer support, and gathering client feedback to make customer success possible.
  6. Ability to juggle and multitask when others are busy and focused on their specific line of work. Report daily, weekly and monthly updates to the senior management.
  7. Work with multiple teams across HighLevel and collaborate with customers to internationalize all the product areas and localize where needed.
