Senior Dot Net/Full Stack Developer

·      4+ years of Software development Experience with .NET, ASP .NET, C#, SQL SERVER, ADO.Net , Angular 8+, .NET Core technologies

·         Good in designing, developing, and implementing Software architecture adhering to the standard software development principles

·         Experience in past paced, dynamic, agile software development/maintenance environments

·         Experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) development methodology

·         Good in effort estimation of work items

·         Product engineering experience preferred but not a must

·         Good communicator who can articulate and translate business requirements into technical implementation

·         Hands-on with the latest technology and be ready to get the hands dirty

·         Lead by example

·         Perform code review, apply coding standard and process

·         Act as a Conduit between development, QA and product teams

·         Good working knowledge of CI/CD environments, TFS, azure, etc.

·         Understanding of Cloud Environments will be added advantage

·         Ability to work with QA teams to identify, triage and prioritize issues

·         Proactive in identifying issues/risks early.

·         Ability to perform root cause analysis and produce the mitigation plan for the issues and risks identified.

·         Communicate Status/issues/risks regularly to the management and all stakeholders.
