We make social media analytics tools used by the world's most important record labels (Sony Music, Universal Music, Def Jam, Island Records and loads more).
The products you will work on have a direct impact on how global marketing campaigns are run for the worldâs biggest artists like Billie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar and Calvin Harris.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Sales Development Manager/Director of Sales who can structure and run a sales funnel for our software product, MelodyIQ.
We have a basic outbound sales pipeline driven by cold emails and booking demos that converts. Your goal is to systematize, improve, and scale our sales processesâ¨.
Youâll be responsible for the whole sales process from lead-gen to deal closure. This will include producing regular sales targets and results.
You'll start managing the outbound pipeline and reactivating old leadsâ¨. Ultimately weâd love to involve you in product development, pricing and new market potential.
We're looking for someone who knows how to be scrappy, get things done, and brings SaaS sales experience in the music business to the table.
We sell primarily to marketing decision-makers in the music industry. We sell a premium product with annual licenses that are ~$2k/month that often has a number of stakeholders.
Youâll be doing 1:1 demos, group demos, and qualification calls⨠so must be in European / US East Coast time zonesâ¨.
This is a full-time, remote roleâ¨.
Youâll work closely with our co-founder, Sammy and Partnerships Manager, Anne Marie. You can expect a team that listens, and to be heard. You can expect to be counted on.
WHO WEâRE LOOKING FOR
The essentials:
Experience & relationships with record labels, music marketing agencies or similar
3+ years in B2B sales
Advanced lead-generation experience including ability to source contact info at scale
Advanced outbound campaign experience including calls, spam avoidance, mail merge tools
Advanced interpersonal sales skills â able give demos and close deals
Very confident in chasing leads, doing follow-ups and closing them
The ânice to havesâ:
Experience selling SaaS in the music industry
Experience with high-priced SaaS (>$1k/month platforms)
Experience with influencer marketing
Experience with TikTok marketing

BENEFITS
$85k USD base salary + 10% commission on all your sales (usually $6k or $24k sized sales).Â
In busy times weâve done $24k sales / week, which would add up to a ~$200k annual salary
10% of annual company profits are shared with employees
