QA Engineer-Work from Home/Remote Role

This is a remote position.

SyncEzy is a SAAS integration company and we build deep integrations between the world's leading applications. We are looking to expand our integrations to other areas and are looking for an Experienced Professional to join our team.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Software QA Engineer (Work from Home/Remote role) to help us define and implement stringent quality control practices, to ensure our product objectives are met and that the solutions work as expected prior to any update or release.

You will be working with a team of highly supportive, passionate, and motivated customer advocates, delivering exceptional customer service with a laugh for good measure.

Requirements

Mandatory

• Planning and executing manual and testing.
• Expertise in performing test execution, defect Detection, and test results reporting
• Strong analytical skills to be able to translate from system requirements and use cases to detailed test cases.
• Experience testing in web applications and well as REST APIs
• Experience with Scrum and Sprint
• Coordinate testing requirements with developers and rest of the project team
• Provide testing related metrics
• Provide clear and constant visibility into the quality of the product.
• Must create, update and execute test plans with high accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in Automation testing (Selenium)
• Mentor and help develop best quality practices.
• Automation Security Testing or Performance Testing knowledge is an advantage.
• Should be able to work as an individual and in a team.

Education :

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Bachelors in Engineering IT / Computer Science. BCA in Computers, B.Sc in Computers, B.Tech/B.E. in Computers
• PG Diploma in Computers, MCA in Computers, M.Tech in Computers, MS/M.Sc(Science) in Computers.

• A very good internet connection 50mbps minimum. (Please do a speed test BEFORE applying)
• A proper work desk/setup at home and a quiet place to work.
• A Laptop / Computer during your probation period, we will provide company hardware laptop / PC, Headphones, stand-up desk, etc. upon confirmation.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
