Codemonk is looking for an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing software development projects from start to finish, while also playing a crucial role in bridging the gap between clients and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and goals.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
- Conduct research and analysis of the client's business processes and systems.
- Document requirements and ensure they are clearly understood by all stakeholders.
- Manage project tasks and activities, including risk management and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget and ensure that project goals are still met.
- Ensure that project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 3 - 4 years of experience as a project manager/business analyst in software development,
- Strong experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with project management and business analysis tools like JIRA / Asana.
