Product Manager

Emproto has worked with various organizations through the entire spectrum of scale from Startups (like Phable Healthcare, Grexter co-living, Savaari etc.) to recognized corporate brands (like Asian Paints, Philips, Titan etc.) on innovative digital initiatives. It has expertise in Full stack Web, mobile and desktop application development. Emproto is a fast growing organization with rapid acquisition of new skills and expertise. Responsibilities :

- Help in developing and implementing product vision and strategy

- Meet regularly with prospect and client teams to collect and analyze user feedback to shape new product ideas and user requirements

- Partner with engineering, and product managers to successfully guide product design, implementation, release, testing, and maintenance

- Have strong solutioning skills in translating customer needs to product requirements and functionalities

- Work with the leadership team in planning the product roadmap

- Convert ideas to prototypes and demonstrate success through experiments

-Coordinate with the engineering team to plan and deliver features on time

- Act like an owner for the success of your product

Position Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree or higher;

- 2+ years of demonstrated total experience handling enterprise customers of all sizes in Product Management, Engineering, Business Analyst or Account Management role in a software company

- Strong desire to tackle hard problems and proven ability do so with little or no direct daily supervision

- Excellent written and communication skills and an ability to concisely explain complex issues and solutions

- Prior experience working for a technology startup is a plus Skills:- Product Management, Product Strategy and Google Analytics
