3 - 5 years of professional experience in PEGA

 Hands on experience with case management, Integrations, UI, Flows and Agents, automated

testing and PEGA administration

 Programming aptitude – any programming language – Java, C#/.Net, scripting etc.

 Expertise in automated testing using any frameworks

 Should have strong hold on computer science fundamentals like Data structures and object-

oriented programming

 Strong experience with enterprise wide software development using SDLC best practices,

effective design and architecture and experience to tools/technologies used to promote

effective SDLC and efficient delivery

 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills    

 Experience with Micro-services architecture and BPM solutioning

 Experience with Cloud Tech stack – Kubernetes, Docker, PEGA deployments on cloud

 PEGA LSA Certification

 Experience with Databases – SQL and Linux/Unix environment

Secondary Skills / Desired skills / good to have

 Experience with Javascript or any latest UI technologies – extJS, Angular etc.

 Experience of Unix/Linux; shell scripting
