About The Role:
We’re looking for a full-time performance marketing manager to lead and own our paid acquisition channels, exponentially grow our user base, identify alternative revenue streams, and ace business growth. He/She should be self-motivated, precision-oriented, and data-driven.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, drive, and own acquisition campaigns via paid marketing channels including Search, Social ads, Display, Mobile, TV, Website, etc.
- Strategise social media advertising direction using performance goals that drive new user adoption
- Allocate fresh budgets on a weekly basis, considering our funnel, target platforms/user base, current installation #’s — conversions and sign-ups
- Report weekly updates, progress reports, timelines, and results — write detailed briefs to define campaign objectives and KPIs, optimising campaigns to maximise ROI
- Monitor our media partners allocated spends on a campaign - daily budgets, upcoming costs, split-test advertising, new TG’s to cater to
- Explore and manage all paid marketing partnerships (native ads, standalone channels, etc.)
- Work closely with the product and content marketing teams to craft re-targeting/re-marketing campaigns and drive deep funnel growth to ensude acquisition goals are exceeded
- Monitor web analytics dashboards and essential reporting tools, point out key areas of importance
- Leverage analytical, data-backed processes of testing to prove hypotheses and recommend performance optimisation
- Maintain monthly reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, LTV, and other channel metrics
Skills required
- 4-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (preferably with experience of growing a consumer tech product or similar)
- An analytical approach and an obsession with performance metrics (installs, signups, CAC, funnel performance, ROI, etc.)
- Extensive knowledge about landing page and app screen designs that convert (CRO)
- Up-to-date on various ad platforms and performance marketing best practices - Google Ads, FB/IG Ads, other social media ads, digital platform ads, etc.
- A deep understanding of audience segments, networks, and how to leverage them to meet various performance objectives
- Top of the shelf reporting skills via analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Advanced research skills (competition and targeting) using platforms like SEMRush
- Experience with tracking tools/techniques such as tracking via UTM parameters, cookies, DoubleClick, Tag Manager, etc.
