Lead UX Designer

What You’ll Do:

We are looking for a Lead UX Designer, who will work closely with your colleagues from our offices in India and New York to create best in class experiences to drive customer engagement and satisfaction across DeepIntent’s suite of products. 

• Collaborate with other UX designers in a fast paced, Agile environment by setting clear goals, providing constructive feedback and ensuring consistent design quality
• Ideate, refine and produce simple, elegant, thoughtful and intuitive solutions for complex workflows in DeepIntent’s applications
• Collaborate-closely with Product, PMO, and Engineering to create process that clearly defines expectations and responsibilities of each team while removing unnecessary friction from the development workflow
• Identify and implement areas of opportunity to improve and grow our business, product offering and people
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies to help maintain UX stories in the Product Backlog and write requirements as necessary
• Produce end-to-end UX design deliverables including research, personas, journey mapping, iterative design, wireframes, prototyping, and creation of visually-designed. production-ready assets
• Test, iterate, and optimize existing patterns for ongoing improvements to existing workflows and UX patterns
• Work closely with with Product Team and product stakeholders to identify any gaps or related stories in product requirements
• Continuously collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure designs meet all use cases and production expectations
• Work with design colleagues to ensure pattern continuity across applications and ensure new patterns will integrate seamlessly into the existing design system and any future enhancements

Who You Are:

• A design-related bachelor degree or equivalent in a related field
• A portfolio demonstrating experience in complex workflows and form design within a SaaS platform
• Experience managing timelines, scope and team allocation.
• At least 5+ years experience as a UX or product designer with a software/platform company
• Ability and talent to produce both wireframes, interactions and final visual designs
• Strong experience in rapid wireframe ideation and prototyping
• Experience with journey mapping/mental modeling, and persona creation
• Familiarity with  HTML, Javascript Frameworks and CSS
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of design programs, especially Figma and Adobe Suite
• A shareable portfolio that highlights work showing complex processes made visually-appealing and simple
• Desire to work in a start-up style environment with a focus on speed to ship new releases

Nice to have: 

• Experience working with customer facing AdTech, MarTech or FinTech platforms
• Experience in complex interfaces and/or data visualizations
• Experience in a B2B or SAAS applications
