This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
* Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
* Advanced knowledge of architecture, design across all systems
* Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages
* Knowledge of industry wide technology trends and best practices
* Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals and passionate about building an innovative culture
* Strong understanding of Object Oriented principals.
* 10-12 yrs experience working in Java & JEE stack including Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Actuator and other spring modules.
* 3+ years of experience serving as a technical lead on large scale applications with a grasp of high-level enterprise architecture and software design.
* Extensive expereince building RESTful APIs and must have strong undertsanding of Microservices, event driven architecture, REST architecture
* At least 2-3 years of experience with public cloud (AWS)/private cloud (PCF), hands-on experience with services like S3, DynamoDB, EKS, SQS, MSK, KMS, ALB/NLB, Kinesis Data Streams, Eventbridge, Lambdas, ApiGateway.
* Hand-on experience with CI/CD, Devops best practices, wiritng infrastructure-as-code using Terraform/Sceptre.
* Must have worked with BDD test automation frameworks like Cucumber, Karate.
* Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
* Experience in Reactive Java implementations would be a plus
* Working knowledge of utilizing GIT via Github or Bitbucket for source control.
* Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Node is a plus.
