What we are looking for
We are looking to hire an experienced Analyst, Information or Product Data Analyst responsible for processing the document with desired quality and speed. The ideal candidate will work as per published guidelines, resolve customer queries and collaborate with team members.
What you’ll be doing
- Work closely with the Product Manager to create and maintain a delivery pipeline
- Evaluates large scale product data and forecasts product performance
- Generate metrics to continually improve company products.
- Contribute to scaling the product operations, data and volume
- Analyzes product data, trends, and behaviors and helps prioritize product features
- Must have experience in MS Excel.
- Performs escalation checks as required for documents
- Flexible to work in shifts in 24X7 operations and on Indian holidays.
- Experience in education, employment & income domain is an added advantage
- Monitor the ongoing tasks and highlight the areas that need attention
- Mentors team members to achieve high-performance output.
Skills you need in order to succeed in this role
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or similar field, MBA, or equivalent is recommended.
- Possess 5+ years of experience in Product Data/Data/ Information analysis/Process/Operations Improvement
- Willingness to learn Product operation
- Research and organizational skills.
- Advanced MS-Excel/Google Sheets experience
- Can generate reports from data
- Thoughtful and concise business communication
- Works with team to overcome challenges
- Strives to deliver a quality product with efficiency
- Flexibility work in shifts and Indian holidays, as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- SQL knowledge will be an added advantage.
