Ladder Media is a knowledge process outsourcing agency specializing in e-learning content services. We are currently on the lookout for an Instructional Designer to lead our team of freelance IDs and ensure that ID operations are smooth and our content is well compliant with professional standards.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Handling our team of freelance IDs, creating ID guidelines for engaging learning activities and compelling course content in accordance to project requirements.
- Working with IDs and enabling them to provide actionable feedback to our team of SMEs.
- Training our ID team on cutting-edge ID principles and technologies across the globe to analyze, and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies.
- Understanding project requirements firsthand from customers and creating implementation plans for instructional design aspects.
- Providing additional reviews on documents from an MSTP perspective
- Coordinating with the design team for the development of ILT modules
- Set up quality checks based on client guidelines.
Skills required:
- Deep level of understanding of learning models
- Learning technology experience on Articulate and iSpring suite.
- Visual design experience on storyboarding for professional courses.
- Assessment development.
- Team handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
Eligibility:
- Formal education in Instructional Design
- Experience in professional courses is a must
