Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description:

Looking for a self-driven and passionate lead generation specialist. The individual will be responsible for

running lead generation initiatives across different geographies and industry verticals for B2B enterprise

sales. The role will include running campaigns, handling initial level prospect meeting, setting up

appointments and finding potential clients, all leading to building the revenue pipeline.

Reporting to: Sales Head

Responsibilities of the role:

 Design, execute and scale lead generation campaigns independently

 Actively source new business opportunities

 Convince prospects, establish a relationship and set-up meetings

 Gather correct customer information during a conversation to make an appointment

 Submit reports on sales lead journey

 Assist the sales team in managing sales including follow up calls

 Develop and maintain sales prospecting database for the company ensuring that all new entries in the

database are of an acceptable standard in terms of accuracy

 Source new records for the database as required

 Maintain confidentiality

Required experience and qualification:

 Prior experience of 2-4 years in lead generation, telemarketing. Inside sales experience is a plus

 Prior experience in the technology industry

 High level of motivation and a self-starting attitude, and the ability to work independently

 Bachelor’s degree in Business and Communications and related fields. MBA Preferred

 Excellent client service skills

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Proficient in MS Office products

Location preference: Mumbai/Bangalore
