Spreetail is hiring a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager who will lead all financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, planning, and optimization for Technology, People & Culture (HR), and all other SG&A. This leader will oversee, build, and scale a finance team focused on planning, forecast, and reporting/performance management for all overhead and structural cost across Spreetail, including project ROI and prioritization, payroll/initiative planning, process management for budgets and long-term plans, creation of and management of governance standards, and executive/C-Suite business insight preparation. This team will support both day-to-day finance reporting, and long-term/strategic projects. As our business continues our âhyper-growthâ, strong financial acumen and leadership in this space will ensure we are correctly prioritizing our investments and providing leadership the visibility and insights needed to run the business.
