Financial Analyst

Finance Analyst 

We’re looking for a smart, driven individual to join us as a Finance Analyst in our Bangalore / Bengaluru workspace who will assist us with the end-to-end financial solution. Your duties will include maintaining financial statements and ensuring statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist and work closely with the accounts team in the development and maintenance of financial statements in a timely and accurate manner.
• Needs to coordinate for any financial license application and follow up on the process.
• Engage in preparation of documents and paperwork required for secretarial compliances and coordinate with the consultants for the same.
• Help to develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization including Goods and Services Tax, TDS, Professional Tax, etc. are met, and to help the consultants in providing the required information,
• Help in preparing supporting information for the MIS reporting and statutory audit
• Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.
• Help in the development and implementation of policies and procedures as required, to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure.
• Assistance in preparation of Financial Plan, quarterly and monthly financial forecast at entity, business segments and product level.
• Assistance may be required in the preparation of monthly or weekly financial reports as appropriate.
• Develop and utilize spreadsheets, manage specialized information, reports, forms dealing with fees, billing, tracking of projects, etc.

Ideal Experience & Skills

• 4+ years of experience with end-to-end accounting and taxation.
• B.Com/M.Com or any equivalent degree
• Should possess strong Microsoft excel skills
• Fair knowledge of accounting
• Knowledge Zoho ERP is an added advantage
• Should be capable of preparing files and maintaining records and documentation.
• Should have strong interpersonal skills, including good written and oral communication skills.
• Other skills required are related to problem-solving, entering and verifying data, and needs to be a good team player.
