Experience: 9+ yrs. 

Location: Pune (Hybrid) 

We are seeking an Engineering Director, who operates with vision and integrity, and who will use innovative technologies that maximize productivity and help our company grow. Someone who plays an active role in development, identifying requirements and setting timelines and managing the project end to end. Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills. 

Technology Skills: Java/ AWS/ Microservices/ Serverless architecture/ Cloud computing/Spring boot/Spring Cloud. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Manage Engineering processes and workflows  
• Use development methodologies to prioritize, estimate, and deliver projects with increasing efficiency by leading cross-functional team 
• Define the strategic direction and contribute to the technical strategy. 
• Provide clear and concise technical guidance to engineering teams  
• Monitor reliability and performance of all internal systems to suggest improvements 
• Extensive experience with cloud technologies 
• Hands-on experience in back-end and front-end development 
• Leadership abilities with a strategic mind 
• Excellent project management skills 
• Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems 
• Bachelor's degree in the engineering field.
