About the Role:The Director of Brand and Creative will spearhead Neo4j’s corporate brand strategy and creative identification. Building a solid brand foundation will be critical to this role as we drive to delight developer and business audiences alike. This role will oversee the building of the brand’s architecture, visual identification, naming, and manage all governance.  This person will also be responsible for design and video creative services, ensuring the centralized design teams deliver on all brand expectations and attributes.  Finally, establishment of Brand Creative Operations will be essential to streamline processes, production management, and our agency ecosystem to  extend our reach globally.   This role is a highly-visible role and requires partnerships with nearly all disciplines of marketing, plus sales, HR/People, and executive leadership.  It is a critical role reporting into the Vice President of Corporate Marketing.
