Description

We are seeking a confident, ambitious, and motivated Demand Generating Specialist/Growth Marketer to oversee our lead generation initiatives. Executing demand-generation plans and actions while utilizing a variety of marketing strategies will be your key responsibility. Delivering marketing-qualified leads is your main goal (MQLs). Simply put, you will help close the gap between marketing and sales, driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Plan and manage integrated demand generation campaigns across different channels. E.g. email campaigns, PPC ads, LinkedIn paid campaigns etc. to build a pipeline
  • Take ownership of pipeline creation and meeting monthly and quarterly MQL, meeting, and pipeline targets.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales Team and obtain feedback on the quality of MQLs generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
  • Defining and segmenting customers to determine appropriate outreach strategies
  • Working across teams to ensure lead generation goals are met
  • Prepare/Track performance and metrics of lead generation and prepare supporting data
  • Identify & optimize new channels for developing a pipeline
  • Drive data capture and management. Provide regular database health checks, cleansing, and augmentation.
  • Market intelligence—be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria.
  • Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing or International business with at least 3 to 6 years of work experience in B2B lead generation
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Astute analytical ability – should have a natural flair for working with large data sets, and identifying trends and patterns to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Designing, planning, managing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline.
  • Take ownership of pipeline creation and meeting monthly and quarterly MQL, meeting, and pipeline targets
  • Experience with ABM strategies
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach.
  • Must be well-versed in creating reports from marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, SendinBlue, Zoho, Marketo etc.
  • Experience measuring the effectiveness of demand generation efforts at each level of the funnel.
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Presentable and highly articulate.
  • Proactive, self-starter with a sense of urgency and attention to deadlines.
