Synapse’s Customer Growth Managers are the main points of contact for all of our customers post implementation. In partnership with a great team of customer engineers, account executives, and other support functions you will lead the renewal and expansion of our existing customer base. The expectation is that you will learn and grow with your portfolio of customers, building a strong trusted advisor relationship. You will deeply understand their business, and help them maximize the value they get from Synapse. You will be the user’s internal advocate, helping ensure an excellent Synapse experience, and gathering feedback on ways that Synapse can build the next generation of user-focused solutions. With this level of relationship you will be in unique position
