Automate360 is a user engagement and acquisition platform which manages performance marketing campaigns for clients in verticals like- Real Money Game, Ecommerce, OTT, Fintech etc. We work with some of the large clients like Amazon, Dreams11, Byju, Cars24, Cred, etc.
We are seeking intellectually curious individuals, good problem solvers who are passionate about digital marketing, and great team players. In the role of Customer Success Manager, you will be tasked with two primary objectives:
Develop and apply a deep understanding of Digital Performance Marketing
Support and enable advertising performance for our customers via our platform and
supply partners.
What You Will Do
Customer Success Managers are expected to be analytical, creative, intuitive and driven as they are tasked with proactively supporting clients to manage performance-focused marketing campaigns. Successful candidates will demonstrate a unique blend of creative problem solving, business sense, and analytical aptitude.
These individuals are as eager to brainstorm growth and optimization strategies as they are to dive into complex data analysis tasks to produce meaningful insights.
Working closely with teams Sales and Supply BD for some of the biggest gaming, ecommerce, retail, and travel companies. The Customer Success Manager is integral to campaign performance and long-term customer success. Day to day, you will be at the forefront of digital and mobile advertising innovation, while working directly with many of the world’s most innovative companies.

Must have Requirements
Analytical :
Must be comfortable “doing what it takes” to find answers in large data sets.
Need to be good with words and numbers. You will need to acquire data and use it to target selected groups, as well as analyse the success or otherwise of campaigns
Basic to Intermediate Excel skills is desired. Any experience with SQL/databases, APIs, programming and scripting languages is a plus.
Craft insights for weekly and monthly reports
Client Management:
Must be comfortable managing communications with clients’ user acquisition teams and supply partners along with Team Leaders
Must be proactive at devising and brainstorming campaign and optimisation strategies.
Must exhibit strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills to manage client relationships and strategic initiatives.
Preferred Candidates –
Have some knowledge of Digital Marketing/Ads – Good to Have
Exposure to APIs, basic coding
Basic Excel Skills
Required educational qualifications and Experience
B.Tech or equivalent degree
0-1 years of experience
