About

  • Have to organize site visits from the channel partner’s customers & coordinate this with the Hill Crest sales team.
  • Have to organize channel partners gathering & broker’s meet.
  • Have to identify new channel partners, to meet them, networking with them & to bring them to the projects or site.
  • Have to identify & then network with the internet portals as channel partners. e.g. India property etc.
  • Have to establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Have to coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
  • Have to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Have to proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Have to sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
  • Have to manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
  • Have to lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
  • Have to ensure partner compliance with partner agreements.
  • Have to drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
  • Have to proactively and continuously recruit new qualifying partners
