As a Software Tester at our company, you will have the opportunity to ..
- Analyse users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments execute testing at all levels of development
- System, Integration, and Regression, Design and Develop automation scripts
- Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
- Provide timely solutions
- Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle
- Provide support and documentation
About You:
- 2years of experience as a software tester or similar role
- Multitasker with attention to detail to make sure finer things don't slip through the cracks
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player: Reaches out to peers & cooperates with supervisors to establish an overall collaborative working relationship
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills: Good understanding of self & motivations of audience in order to communicate effectively with different stakeholders - engineering, design, executive team.
You're qualified if you've the below skills:
- API Automation using RestAssured/Karate/Postman, UI Automation using Selenium Webdriver
- Experience on API testing, UI testing, Functional testing & Mobile testing
- Programming experience with Python, Java, C# or any other contemporary programming language.
- Good written and verbal communication skills – specifically ability to write excellent bug reports & must have excellent attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of creating test plan & writing test cases based on end-to-end requirements.
- Project management/Defect Tracking tools - For e.g. Jira, Bugzilla, BugHerd
- Triaging bugs – using logs, some level of debugging skills, priority assignments for bugs based on understanding of feature criticality / risk.
- Hands-on Database queries – Any RDBMS like MySQL, Postgres
We'd love it if you can:
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks
- Knowledge of CI / CD with Jenkins, Azure DevOps or equivalent & Git

- B-tech/B.E in computer science, IT & Engineering
