clients from across the globe in different organizational and business domains.
Job Role:
1. New Accounts Hunting & Account Management - getting relevant B2B customers on board,
nurturing them & converting them to consistent key accounts
2. Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with
management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
3. Communicate customers' needs, identify sales opportunities and discuss with the technical/
management/internal team.
4. Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy,
sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
5. Identify new sales opportunities in newer markets and verticals and prospect clients via
social, cold calling or other mechanisms.
6. Responsible for working closely to develop all collateral such as sales decks, one-pagers,
technical documents, etc.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, MBA a plus.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized, hands-on.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment.
