Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify prospects to target
  • Research industry trends, new target markets, growth areas
  • Research contact details or social connect
  • Lead Generation
  • Cold calling, cold emailing, email campaigns
  • Warming prospects through social media connect
  • Lead qualification and lead warming
  • Revenue realization by generating business leads from Internet/Other sources
  • Understanding client requirements and suggest solutions accordingly
  • Build & maintain a healthy relationship with the clients & prospects
  • Respond to sales requirements from existing and potential clients
  • Followups with prospects and clients
  • Regular reporting to the management
  • Maintain Daily & Monthly status reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in shifts, if required
