Job Purpose: We are in a need of good candidates for Business Development Executive position who will actively participate in the planning and execution of company sales activities providing vital input based on his/her interactions with the prospects.
Qualification: Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Experience: 1.5 – 2.5 Years
Responsibilities:
• Will be responsible for working on Dedicated Resource Hiring, Contract hiring, Resource outsourcing etc.
• Will be responsible for documentation such as NDA, Contract/Agreement, Preparing proposals, RFP/RPQ, PPT- Solution Presentation.
• Will be responsible for working with professional linking websites (i.e., LinkedIn).
• Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain relationship with new/existing clients.
• Close follow-ups from inquiry generation till assigning resources on contract.
• Will be responsible for preparation of weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Coordination with the technical team for estimation and other technical details.
Skills Required:
• Strong command over English (throughout education in English medium preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint.
• Must have experience of working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience working with Mailchimp or similar email marketing tool.
• Experience of managing Offshore clients (Mainly USA, UK, or Australia) will be an added advantage.
• Basic Knowledge of technologies like PHP, WordPress, ReactJS, React Native etc.
• Must be a good team player and should be able to meet deadlines and targets.
• Should be aware of documentation such as NDA, Contract/Agreement, Proposal preparation, RFP/RPQ, PPT- Solution Presentation. Skills:- Sales, LinkedIn and Lead Generation
