Job Description:
Role: Senior Site Reliability Engineer
As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, You will be responsible for leading the administration and support of custom software applications developed at 7EDGE. You will help the individual product teams to identify performance bottlenecks and operate and maintain various platforms. If you think you are curious and empathetic about digital products and customers, then you would be the right fit for the role.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of NodeJS or Python
- Experience in measuring and maintaining of SLOs, SLIs and Error Budget
- Experience in measuring and maintaining of mean time between failures (MTBF), mean
- time to detect (MTTD), and mean time to resolution (MTTR)
- A good understanding of AWS services will be added advantage
- Having associated level AWS certification will be an added advantage.
Basic Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent
- 3-5 years of software development experience developing high-quality, large-scale consumer applications
- Problem-solving capability, excellent communication, and documentation skills.
